Not only does Minard’s Steadfast Homes offer FREE onsite location checks when you purchase a home from us, but we also have qualified Service Technicians!
Why is this important? And what does it mean for you?
Our Service Technicians inspect the homes from our manufacturers, SRI and Triple M Housing as soon as they arrive on our lot in Weyburn or Estevan. They note any damages that might have occurred from the move and repair these items on our site.
After you’ve purchased a Minard’s Steadfast Home and it’s moved to your location, a member of our Service Team will get in touch with you to discuss any issues that may have arisen from the move. They will detail any known materials needed for repairs, and discuss any other concerns you may have.
The Service Technician will then set up an appointment,with you, to do a walkthrough of your home in person. This will ensure any concerns are noted on the the final inspection sheet and allow the Service Technician to record any additional repairs that should addressed at a later date. This may require parts being ordered in and setting up another visit.
Then our Service Technician gets to work, repairing any interior and exterior damage, and minor electrical and plumbing issues.
If material has to be ordered in, the Service Technician will make an additional visit to finish all the final touches on your home. At Minard’s Steadfast Homes strive to insure our customers are happy with the final product and that everything in the home is completed to industry standards!
